DEPOSIT, Late & Cancellation Policy

In order to avoid a cancellation, please ensure that you have made your $25 non-refundable appointment deposit. This deposit is applied to the cost of your appointment. In the event that your stylist is unavailable due to an emergency, your deposit will be refunded.

There is a 15 minute grace period without a late fee. At 16-20 minutes, you will be charged an additional $15 fee (if time permits) or a cancellation. After 20 minutes, the appointment is cancelled. In the event you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment. A late arrival of 20 minutes or more without notice will result in a cancellation or an additional fee of $50 added to the appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in an additional $50 fee added to your next appointment. No-show/no call appointments will be charged 50% of the cost of the style. No show/no call appointments will not be re-booked. Deposits are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
